The Greatest Inter-Conference rivalry of All-Time, bar-none! More superior than Det/Clev 1950s, more superior than Pit/Dal 1970s. Bears & Redskins were 4-4 overall against each other in that '37-thru-'43 span, and 2-2 vs each other in League Championship Games.

Thoughts on this very rivalry during this given time-period? Who do you think is better between Luckman and Baugh? Strictly at QB, that is. Where do you all place Flaherty among All-TIme Great NFL HCs, etc?

Baugh was better, on offense and defense. Luckman had the horses

The Bears had the better teams but Luckman was the better QB. Baugh was the better defender and all-around player. Baugh never had receivers as good as Kavanaugh or Benton.
