2000 Titans better than 1999. They gave up 133 less points. 155 point differential compared to 68
That said the 1961 Oilers may be better than them. Outgained their opponents by over 2000 yards. 271 point differential. I think that is the 2nd best point differential behind 07' Patriots.
And yes this list is not very good.
